A new residential project, D.O.K., is taking shape in Prague’s Radlice district. It will include Dřevák — the largest timber apartment building in the Czech Republic to date. Designed by Jakub Cigler Architekti, the project combines three residential buildings, a calm inner courtyard, and views into the Radlice Valley, while opening up an important discussion about more sustainable construction and the new role of timber in Czech residential development.
