Dlážděná Palace is a late 19th-century tenement building with a neo-Renaissance façade, which was converted into an office building in the second half of the 20th century.
The reconstruction restores the building's original residential function with retail at ground-floor level, which is also reflected in its external expression.

On the street side, the ground floor is opened up by means of new display windows set into the original openings, between which both the main entrance and the courtyard access are situated. On the upper floors, the original neo-Renaissance façade facing the street is retained. The attic and mansard roof above the main cornice line have been redesigned, accommodating spacious maisonette flats. In a manner analogous to the neighbouring buildings, the new roof is complemented by a row of new dormer windows.

On the courtyard side, the existing non-original façade has been modified to reflect contemporary housing requirements – French windows and generous balconies and terraces are introduced. The courtyard infill development additionally encloses a small inner courtyard, which serves as a shared garden for the building's residents.
