Aviatica and Dynamica
Roughly one third of the site, in its southern portion, was designated for office buildings. These serve not only as a working environment but also as a protective shield – forming a visual and acoustic barrier between the busy Radlická Street and the quieter residential area in the northern sector.
The office buildings, with their organic forms, respond to the irregular plot and break with the stereotype of large corporate complexes. Through their massing, the buildings create inner courtyards with parks, water features and places for relaxation. The main entrance is oriented from the west, from the Jinonická metro station, and the complex thus completes the east–west longitudinal urban axis.
